Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-ins welcome — we'll get you in as quickly as possible.
What should I bring when I drop off my car?
Just your keys and a description of the issue. If you have previous repair records, those can be helpful but aren't required.

Is there a key drop for early/late drop-off?
Yes! Our key drop box is at the front door, available 24/7. Just fill out an envelope with your info and drop your keys.
Process
How long will it take?
Oil changes and inspections: 30-60 minutes. Brake work: 2-4 hours. Diagnostics: 1-2 hours. We'll give you a timeline when you arrive.
